Registration Process
  1. The customer submits application
  2. Our company assigns a staff to undertake the case
  3. The two parties sign the service plan
  4. The customer supply relevant information
    • the company´s English name
    • the amount of invested equity
    • the list of the share holders and the amount they hold
    • the name list of the director ( at least one director)
    • the English version of the company´s articles
  5. The customer should prepare and provide the following material ASAP
    • the copy of the shareholders´ and directors´ ID files
    • the copy of the shareholders´ and directors´ verification files on address (such as banking, water and electricity bills, as long as the company´s name matches exactly with its address)
  6. That staff checks the name from the commission-agent (2 to 3 working days)
  7. That staff supplies the material for establishing corporation overseas
  8. The commission-agent establishes the corporation (10 to 14 working days)
  9. The customers ordering urgent process can get the PDF files of the oversea corporation in 5 working days.
  10. The commission-agent delivers the files of the oversea corporation, including
    • Incorporation
    • the articles of the company
    • the appointment letter of the director, administrative assistant
    • the name list of the share holders
    • the name list of the directors
    • the name list of the administrative assistant
    • the seal of the company
    • invoice
    • If the oversea corporations are takes as Chinese stock ones, they are required to make notarial deeds( at least two copies) and incumbencies issued by the embassy.
  11. Return the original files to the customer
  12. Gets the invoice from the financial department and inform the customer to pay the service
  13. The customer pays and then the deal is accomplished.
